| We enjoyed a tour of Ellis Island, the busiest immigration inspection station from 1892 to 1954, where about 12 million immigrants were processed into the United States. So many people came from all over Europe for the opportunity to attain the American Dream. We listened on headsets to personal stories from immigrants who actually went through the process. |
